Grilled Chicken with Avocado Mango Salsa

Ingredients:

  • For the Chicken:
    • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
    • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For the Avocado Mango Salsa:
    • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
    • 1 large avocado, peeled and diced
    • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
    • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
    • Juice of 1 lime
    • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Chicken:
    • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
    • Rub the mixture all over the chicken breasts.

  2. Grill the Chicken:

    • Season with salt and pepper and gently toss to combine.
